Changes to How to Access Support for ZEISS Optical 3D Scanning Technologies

 

Beginning December 6, 2024, the ZEISS Customer Interaction Center phone number 800-327-9735 will become your centralized communication point for all of your ZEISS optical 3D scanning needs, in addition to all other ZEISS technologies and software. We are making this update to support a faster and more streamlined support process for all of your ZEISS metrology needs.

Use this phone number to quickly reach:
• Technical hardware and software support
• The ZEISS Aftermarket team, which handles training, maintenance, and software upgrades
• Your ZEISS optical 3D scanning contacts
• Your contacts for all other ZEISS technologies

What hours will I be able to reach someone?
Our customer support experts are available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time.

How do I access support online or by email?
You can email us for support at or contact us with an online form at zeiss.com/metrology. You can also submit a ticket through the ZEISS customer portal https://portal.zeiss.com/ available 24/7.

How do I submit a support ticket?
To streamline the support process, call or email with the following information available:
• Machine serial number
• Problem description
• Best contact phone number and email address

This update is a result of the ZEISS acquisition of CAPTURE 3D. We want to ensure you always know how to reach our team for the same high-quality support and service you expect for ZEISS advanced 3D metrology technologies. The ZEISS Customer Interaction Center number replaces all former CAPTURE 3D office phone numbers.
